Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital

The smallest of Duke Health’s four hospitals at 123-beds, it offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including 24-hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties.

Occ Summary

Provides leadership and direction for the Imaging staff while supporting the hospital's clinical initiatives, policies and procedures. Works with the modality staff as well as other department staff in accomplishing the highest quality of patient care and customer satisfaction and inassuring that the modality runs effectively and efficiently. Supports and works closely with the Director of Imaging Services to ensure thatall areas of the Imaging Department work together to accomplish thegoals and standards set forth by the hospital. Supports and active lypromotes the mission and vision of the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

For Clinical Supervisors, registration by the governing body of that particular modality. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience

Five years or more experience in the modality preferred. A working knowledge of the modality equipment required. Must have supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Degrees, Licensures, Certifications

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or by the governing body of the particular modality. BLS certification required.
