Minimum Qualifications
Education
Work requires analytical, communications and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.
Experience
Work requires three years of experience in program administration or involving academic, instructional or counseling activities to acquire skills necessary to plan, coordinate and implement a variety of program activities and events. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationship with neighborhood leaders and partners by serving as a consistent connector who listens deeply, follows through reliably, and fosters collaboration across communities
- Coordinate implementation of neighborhood priorities, including a recurring neighborhood visioning process and ongoing alignment with DDNP focus areas
- Support the Senior Director in developing strategies, goals, and deliverables for neighborhood engagement initiatives aligned with the Strategic Community Impact Plan
- Maintain organized and centralized records of current and historic program materials
- Oversee program operations by managing budgets, participating in staff planning efforts, collaborating with internal DCA and Duke teams to align work with neighborhood priorities
- Track, document, and analyze progress and stakeholder feedback aligned with neighborhood priorities and grantmaking activities
- Participate in internal or external volunteer positions on nonprofit boards, committees, coalitions, or councils that align with position goals and focus

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $48,960.00 to USD $77,928.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
