The Duke University Department of Medicine is seeking a Research Scientist to join Dr. David Tuveson’s research team. You will contribute to tumor microenvironment and molecular oncology research in collaboration with Department of Medicine and Duke Cancer Institute investigators.
Minimum Requirements:
• A doctorate or equivalent professional attainment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in wet-lab research in tumor microenvironment or molecular oncology.
• Experience in assay development and experimental optimization.
• Experience in preparation of scientific figures and manuscript contributions.
Other Requirements:
Work is performed onsite in the research laboratory. Follow applicable laboratory safety, research integrity, and institutional requirements; maintain accurate research records.

· Conduct wet-lab mechanistic studies focused on tumor microenvironment and molecular oncology.
· Develop and optimize experimental assays under PI supervision.
