The Duke University Department of Medicine is seeking a Research Scientist to join Dr. David Tuveson’s research team. You will contribute to cell signaling and mechanistic oncology research in collaboration with Department of Medicine and Duke Cancer Institute investigators.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate (e.g. Sc.D., M.D., D.V.M.).
- 5 + years of postdoctoral experience conducting scientific research. Multiple publications and notable significant contributions to scientific research.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cell signaling, molecular oncology, or tumor biology.
- Experience in experimental model maintenance and assay development.
- Experience in data analysis, documentation, and scientific communication.
Other Requirements:
Follow applicable laboratory safety, research integrity, and institutional requirements; maintain accurate research records.
This position is:
- Onsite. The work is performed on-site in the research laboratory.
