Position Title: NC-PAL Research Analyst II
Position Summary:
The NC-PAL Research Analyst II will perform a variety of complex and independent tasks related to the planning, organization, and execution of the North Carolina Psychiatry Access Line (NC-PAL) program. This role works closely with NC-PAL Principal Investigators (PIs), Directors, the Data and Evaluation Team, and other program leaders to ensure a robust data infrastructure that supports program reporting, implementation evaluation, and long-term sustainability.

Data Management | - Support the collection, organization, and management of data related to NC-PAL activities. - Collaborate with team members to ensure data collection is complete, timely, and accurate. - Maintain and update data management systems, including REDCap. - Utilize various data systems (e.g., electronic health records, Qualtrics, REDCap, Excel) to support data collection. - Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. |

Reporting | - Analyze and summarize data related to NC-PAL activities. - Prepare oral presentations and written reports outlining progress, trends, and recommendations. - Collaborate with data and program leads to interpret findings. - Support the preparation and submission of data reports to funding agencies. |

Data Protocols | - Assist in the planning and development of data and evaluation protocols. - Collaborate with program leads to design research plans. - Develop data collection tools such as forms and questionnaires. - Support the development and maintenance of data systems, including REDCap. - Contribute to evaluation plans using both qualitative and quantitative methods. - Create data visualizations (e.g., maps, graphics, figures) to support program insights. |

Minimum Education and Training Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, public health, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
Job Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Four years of experience in research/data analysis or a related position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $58,656 – $94,617 annually.
- Salary is determined based on the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate qualifications, internal equity, and market considerations.
