General Description of the Job Class

Provide administrative direction to assigned programs to include managing and coordinating financial development and administration, oversight of DHAN centralized process and policies for efficient, consistent, and compliant business operations, data analytics, grants administration, and budget support for revenue generating department.

 

Duties and Responsibilities of this Level

Business Development:

  • Develop pro forma including operational and licensing fees as applicable for new development opportunities overseen and / or operated by DHAN.
  • Prepare financial modeling and analysis as requested for consideration of new DHAN business opportunities and/or restructure of existing relationships

 

Data Analysis and Coordination:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and distribute regular status reports, performance metrics, and variance analyses.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries of key findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

Operational Support:

  • Support DHAN  leadership with project management and analytical support of operational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the Director in monitoring and tracking KPIs and other defined performance metrics to evaluate the progress and impact of DHAN strategic initiatives.

 

Finance/Budget Administration:

  • Assist with the budget development for specialty networks’ special programs such as speaker series to include inviting appropriate speakers or other participants, arranging schedules, facilities, and publicity, and ensuring necessary financial arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance to ensure regular and accurate billing of services to affiliated sites, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Track and maintain contracts and affiliation agreements, ensuring accurate billing. 

 

 

Required Qualifications at this Level

Education

Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. A Masters is preferred. 

 

Experience

Work requires the ability to plan and administer programs and direct program activities within a specific functional area, generally acquired through four years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 

  • Experience in healthcare business development and operations strongly preferred
  • Experience in accounting, business development pro forma modeling and grants administration strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
  • Advanced expertise in use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required; Smartsheet preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Background in process improvement or workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working relationships with multiple constituents, at all levels within the organization including senior leadership
  • Analytics - synthesizing data, translating it in a useful way and presenting the information for use by senior leadership
  • Self-directed, ability to organize oneself
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously and balance competing deadlines

 

Essential Physical Job Functions

  • Ability to travel to affiliated sites (mainly within 4-hour drive or short flights on small planes, some regional and overnight travel may be required)
  • Physical abilities to complete job duties under prescribed environmental and working conditions
