Occ Summary

Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeuticprocedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitati on, asprescribed by a referring practitioner. Establishes goals of phys icaltherapy and reassesses patient's progress at regular, timely interva ls,supporting findings with appropriate documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree re quired. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

One or more years experience is preferred. Familiarity with JointCommissionan d other hospital regulatory agency standards andregulations.

Physical Therapist Licensure as r equired by the State of North Carolina.BLS Required.
