Pick up X-rays,encounter forms.reports, petty cash and collections bag. File history sheets,ancil laryIDX.on insurance plan.Prepare encounter forms. Investigate andaccoun t formissing encounter forms. Audit encounter forms for completeness and preparation and referralspatient record documentation. Return medical re cords. Attachforms and obtain signature as required by policy andprocedu re.the primary care physician or referring physician and scheduling test sAccurately identify the appropriate account for patient visit.PresentId entify correct patient information in IDX. Verify patient demograts.priv ate physician officedata. Edit IDX as needed.insurance cards as iphicpat ient specific chart documents and requisition/transmittal documenndicate d by procedure. Education

Experience

Minimum of one y ear of work experience in directly communicating andproviding service to patients or public; preferably in a healthcarerelated field. Experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks oractivities.
