Make return appointments by scheduling patients into themedical information from patients and referring physic ians accurately,charts.Check-in patient upon arrival in the practice.Ent er pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts. Pick up X-rays,encou nter forms.reports, petty cash and collections bag. File history sheets, ancillaryIDX.on insurance plan.Prepare encounter forms. Investigate and account formissing encounter forms. Audit encounter forms for completen ess andpreparation and referralsforms and obtain signature as requiredby policy and procedure.patient record documentation. Return medical recor ds. Education

Experience

Minimum of one y ear of work experience in directly communicating andproviding service to patients or public; preferably in a healthcarerelatedfield. Experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks oractivities.
