Report obtained medical information from patients andreferringpatients on required forms and obtain signature as required bypolicycompleting next day preparationcompletely and timely. Disseminat emessages according to practicemanagement and patient appointment distri bution, ancillary schedulingappointments by scheduling patients into the encounter forms.and preparation andactivities. Enter pre-visit ordersand prepare new patient charts. Pickin Maestro Care. of cash to be collecte d based on insurance plan.Identify correct patient information in Maestr o Care. Verify patientdemographic data. Edit Maestroarrival in the pract ice.medical records, reports, petty cash and collections bag. File histo ryrecords. Attach HIPPA/Medicare documents to the Check-in patient uponr iate account for patientdocumentation. Return medicalup X-rays, officevi sit. Present and educateCare as needed. Accurately identify the appropch arts, mesheets, ancillary reports and all other required patient recorda nd procedure. Completes allMaestro Care check-in files and manage allapp ropriate alerts. Collectand post co-payments andbalances on accountsdue. Imprint all patient specific chart documentsand requisition/transmittal documents. Copy, file and distribute insurance cards as indicatedbyproce dure. Coordinate alllabs/procedures as requested. Maintain private physi cian office charts.Prepare encounter forms.Investigate and account for m issing encounter forms. Audit encounterforms for completeness andaccurac y beforeaccuracy before batching. Batches encounter forms or chargeposti ngschedulingtests and procedures.Work Shift will be Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6pm
