Prepare patients, equipment anmination;provide such additional care as required to meet t he personal nd supplies for specific procedures andprovide manual assist ance as requig,assisting withambulation, enemas, skin care, and bowel an d bladder eliingRN/LPN of information collected.Administer treatment and personal care procedures to patients including,but not limited to, feed ing, bathing,shaving, changing clothing,cleaning and trimming fingernail s, bed-makinbyreinforcing teaching instructed byRN and/or physician as n eeded.Assisteeds andcomfort of assigned patients.Participate in teaching activitiesvital signs, record I&O, apply ice bags, administerdouches and enemas.Note and report any changes in patient's condition.Turn and pos ition patieoral/nasogastric feeding and urinarycatherizations/irrigation .Perform otriatetraining.Assist with admission, discharge, and transport ation ofpatns.Clean assigned area; stock and replenish supplies and equi pment asrequired.Participate in own professional development by maintain ing requiredskills validation and attending educational offerings.
