Summer Intern – Space Management & Project Support

What You’ll Do
- Assist leadership with operational, analytical, and administrative tasks
- Support project management and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct space analysis and data review
- Participate in space planning and utilization efforts
- Gain exposure to organizational decision-making and leadership practices
- Organize and maintain Revit models
- Draft and update drawings using AutoCAD
- Provide technical support for space management analysis
- Assist with documentation and drawing standards
- Learn real-world application of BIM and drafting in a healthcare setting
- Assist with construction management activities on hospital projects
- Support project managers with documentation, schedules, and coordination
- Observe project planning, execution, and closeout processes
- Gain insight into healthcare facility construction and delivery models
What You’ll Bring
- Current enrollment in an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program at an accredited institution
- Alignment with one of the three internship pathways
- Interest in healthcare facilities, construction, space planning, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a professional healthcare environment
- Modeling & Drafting Pathway: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required
- Project Management Pathway: Prior construction experience preferred but not required
