Nurse Clinician – Child NC-PAL

The nurse clinician will support the North Carolina - Psychiatry Access Line (NC-PAL) by providing behavioral health clinical expertise as a clinician, educator, investigator, consultant, and leader. The NC-PAL nurse clinician will serve as a behavioral health resource for patients, nurses, and other health team members throughout Duke and community, with the goals of: empowering clinicians to manage behavioral health in their practices, addressing systemic barriers to behavioral health, and supporting patient ability to navigate behavioral health resources. Individuals in this role may also participate in direct patient care (ex. case reviews and multi-disciplinary health care team assessments).

Minimum Qualifications
Education
BSN required
Experience
3 years of nursing experience required. Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required. BLS required.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina required. BLS required.
