JOB DUTIES

  • Lead and manage a team of Financial Analysts focused on data analytics, revenue cycle performance and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations and clinical teams to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs and predictive models for revenue cycle management.
  • Oversee the volume and revenue components of the annual budget and forecasting process.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through advanced analytics and reporting.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health or a related field that supports development of critical thinking skills is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred.
  • Three years of experience in business or financial management or a field directly related to specialized areas of assignment.
  • Or any other equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
