JOB DUTIES

Lead and manage a team of Financial Analysts focused on data analytics, revenue cycle performance and financial reporting.
Collaborate with finance, operations and clinical teams to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs and predictive models for revenue cycle management.
Oversee the volume and revenue components of the annual budget and forecasting process.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through advanced analytics and reporting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health or a related field that supports development of critical thinking skills is required. Master’s degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred.
Three years of experience in business or financial management or a field directly related to specialized areas of assignment.
Or any other equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
