Occ Summary
Independently plan and provide professional nuonse to care.Delegate tasks and supervise the activities of other lic ensed andunlicensed care providers.Assist other nursing personnel in the delivery of nursing care and actas team leader or charge nurse for a gr oupplan of care based on assessment of thepatient's baseline needs and r espedpolicies andprocedures. Education
Work requires gradua tion from an accredited BSN program.Exception: Registered nurses hired b etween July 1, 2014 and April 11,2021 without a Bachelor's degree in Nur sing (or higher) are encouragedto enroll in an appropriate BSN program w ithin two years of their startdate but must complete the program within seven years of their startdate. Registered nurses hired before July 1, 2 014 are not required toenroll in a BSN program to remain in this job cla ssification.
Experience
Applicants must meet all requ irements set forth by the DUHS NursingCareer Ladder Program for level II I.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Must have current o r compact RN licensure in the state of NorthCarolina. BLS required.
