CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR – Psychiatry – CHILD AND FAMILY DIVISION – REACH STUDY (CONRADT)

You will provide support on a study examining how emotion regulation skills training in pregnancy could improve emotion regulation and newborn neurobehavior. You will work directly with participants to recruit and schedule assessments, participate in collecting and cleaning of physiological data, and monitor recruitment and retention rates.
Minimum Requirements:
- Work requires completion of an associate’s degree
- Work requires a minimum of two years of relevant research experience. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years required experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Experience with or ability to learn clinical interviewing
- Experience with data cleaning and REDCap software preferred

- Flexible schedule is required, including assisting with night and weekend study visits

Position Description:
- Employs and may develop strategies to maintain recruitment and retention rates and evaluate processes to identify problems. Escalates issues.
- Screens participants for complex studies. Develops or helps develop SOPs.
- Conducts activities for study visits in compliance with the protocol.
- Identifies adverse events (AEs), and determines whether or not they are reportable. Collaborates with the PI to determine AE attributes, including relatedness to study.
- Enters and collects data, and develops data entry or collection SOPs or tools. Assists in cleaning of physiological data.
- Ensures that studies are conducted in compliance with institutional requirements and other policies.

Education

Compensation
Anticipated Pay Range
- The annual base salary range for this position is $59,829.00 to $99,960.00.
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s experience, education, and key skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
