What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise the Enrollment Management Unit, including admissions, marketing, recruitment, and financial aid teams.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for recruitment and enrollment, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Oversee budgets, hiring, and professional development for staff while promoting collaboration across programs.
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Build partnerships within Duke and beyond to expand Sanford’s reach and strengthen its brand.
- Serve as the final decision-maker for special admissions and financial aid cases.
- Represent Sanford on university committees and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Be You.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- Six years of experience in an administrative and/or business setting OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Proficiency with enrollment management systems such as Slate or similar CRMs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform recruitment and enrollment strategies.
- Knowledge of international student recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning for academic programs.
- Ability to interpret and apply institutional policies and accreditation standards.
