TheMaestro Care (MC) MyChart analyst works acr ossthree distinct yet interrelated products,Community Connect, MyChart, & EpicCare Link, to deliver a comprehensive andstreamlined experienc eto Duke University Health System (DUHS) patients andcommunity provider partners as they daily interact with us on their healthcareneeds.  The successful analyst in thisrole is responsible for applicationbuild, test and validation, productdeployment and daily operational main tenance. Work Performed

Level1

·         Provides systems support, including tro ubleshooting, software configuration,and testing

·        Ensures the security of tech nology solutions as guided by Team andTechnical Leads

·        Participates in the pla nning and delivery of customer trainingsessions on system use and applic ation enhancements (new functionality) orrevisions

·        Completes moderately compl ex application build tasks and assists withlarge and/or complex projects under the guidance of Team and Technical Leads

Level2 </ span>

Inaddition to the duties described for Level 1, the Le vel 2 analyst will:

·        </spa n>Liase between MyChart and other Maestro Care application teams toensure the smooth deployment and functioning of supported applic ation; consultswith Epic Technical Service support as warranted < /p>

·        Assistin the build and execution of other MC application teams where thoseapplicatio ns intersect with MyChart. Build support includes consultation andinterp retation of clinical workflow, application build to support desiredfunct ionality, test, validation, ushering through change process to deploymen t,and other tasks

·         Advise and assist with educational issues, includingcross-t raining ofteam members, end-users and DHTS Service Desk via face-to-face , telephonic, andother training modalities

·        Serve in the capacity of MCMyChart application expert for coreapplication functionality

·        Assist in the design an d specification of bug-fixes to ensure theymeet the needs of theDuke env ironment, as well as participate in designsessions and review of specifi cations for new features and enhancements in theMaestro Care EHR< /p>

·        Develop and maintain test plans for new features ahead of planned eleases

·        Provide both bu siness and after hours on-call support for issuespertaining toproduction as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field, or fouryears of equivalent techn ical experience required.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:LEVEL 1:If applicable, ma intenance of North Carolina licensure orcertification in related clinica l discipline is required for all levels.LEVEL 2:In addition to the requi rements described for the Level 1, theLevel 2 requires:Certification in an area of application support of a technical orsupport nature preferred .LEVEL 3:In addition to the requirements described for the Level 2, theL evel 3 requires:Certification in an area of application support of a tec hnical orsupport nature strongly preferred.
