This part-time, seasonal role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely while contributing meaningfully to the future of Duke Law School. You’ll engage with applicants’ stories, academic journeys, and aspirations, helping shape the next generation of legal professionals.

What You’ll Do:
- Review and assess written application materials including academic records, test scores, writing samples, personal statements, extracurricular activities, work experience, and letters of recommendation.
- Write evaluations and make recommendations using a holistic approach.
- Participate in admissions meetings to stay informed about applicant pool developments, receive feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
- Support additional recruitment and evaluation efforts as needed by the Office of Admissions.
What You’ll Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- JD or exposure to legal study and practice (strongly preferred).
- Experience with selective admissions processes (helpful).
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
- Willingness to learn about Duke Law School—or existing knowledge of it.
